HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES   Such incidents are currently happening in Tamil Nadu.  While investigating why all this is happening, some shocking information was received.  Is it wrong for an individual to post his views on social media? There is no place for this in the Indian Constitution. Why are such cruel attacks being launched on a human being.  What did he do wrong?  WHO IS THAT PERSON?  Shankar is an individual. He worked as a government office assistant. He wanted to criticize politics and got involved in that work. The then state government sentenced him to prison for the criticism he made. After that, he turned himself into a full-time freelance journalist and worked to expose corruption and make people understand. SHANKAR AND THE MEDIA  People supported his political criticisms. HEART ATTACK

 HEART ATTACK

Previously, heart attacks were a significant number of deaths. But as times have changed and habits and eating habits have changed, diseases and infections have evolved. Those who die from heart attacks are mostly elderly people, followed by those who have reached a certain age, then young people, but now even young girls and boys have been affected by this disease.

CAUSES OF HEART ATTACKS

The main cause of heart attacks is bad fats in the body that block the arteries and prevent blood flow, so there is less chance of blood flowing smoothly to the heart.

ARTERIES

Arteries are blood vessels that help blood flow smoothly

GOOD FATS

Unsaturated fats, i.e. monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, reduce the risk of disease. Foods rich in these include vegetable oils, nuts, seeds, and fish.

BAD FATS

LDL (low-density lipoprotein) fat, which refers to cholesterol, is sometimes called "bad" fat. High LDL cholesterol levels increase the risk of heart disease and stroke.

Omega-3 fatty acids play an important role in lowering bad cholesterol.

EATING FAST FOOD REGULARLY CAN CAUSE MANY HEALTH PROBLEMS

  1. The body will not get the iron and vitamins it needs.
  2. Body weight will increase.
  3. Physical activity will decrease.
  4. There will be an increased risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.
  5. Toxicity will build up in the body and cause kidney and liver damage.
  6. Plays an important role in heart health.
  7. Immunity will decrease.

Fast food or fast food refers to food that is cooked quickly and is ready to eat. It also refers to food sold on the roadside.

EFFECTS OF FAST FOOD ON CHILDREN

Gastritis, malnutrition, obesity, etc. may occur. Interest in studies, sports, etc. will decrease. Low self-esteem will occur. Heart-related diseases may also occur. There is nothing wrong with children or young people eating fast food a couple of times a week. Fast food is high in fat and low in nutrients. That is why we say that these should not be eaten frequently.  Doctors say that tissues in the body can be damaged, blood vessels can become constricted, and blood flow can be affected. To avoid such mistakes, it is best to eat junk food occasionally. Otherwise, there is a risk of generations developing more diseases in the womb.

WHAT DOCTERS SAY TO PREVENT HEART ATTACK

everyone, young and old, should do their daily activities regularly. We should take precautions in our daily lives to save our lives. We know how important sleep is for a human being, eight hours of sleep is necessary for a human being. Sleeping plays an important role in reducing stress. Those suffering from insomnia should consult a doctor. It is necessary to have a diet and do exercises. If they are children, there should be activities like playing. Young people can do exercise and the elderly should take walks. If the blood flow is smooth, the blood vessels will definitely function and blood will flow throughout the body and provide sufficient energy to the muscles. The chances of muscles weakening will decrease.

ONE OF THE CURRENT EVENTS

In India, a 14-year-old boy and an eight-year-old girl died of heart attacks in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Therefore, unhealthy conditions in the body cause heart attacks regardless of age. Therefore, I advise you to know your own situation and not spoil your physical health.
